organization committed to empowering societies to responsibly and sustainably
care for nature for the good of humanity. We are currently looking to fill the
following position for our office in Jakarta:
Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties; handle visitors, incoming and outgoing calls, managing and distributing outgoing-incoming general documentation, correspondence and packages
- Responsible for all logistical arrangements (venue, accommodations, transportations, invitation, etc.), for meetings and workshops in coordination with Administration Coordinator.
- In coordination with Administration Coordinator, to arrange and maintain the schedule of office driver, security guards and office helpers
- Organize domestic travel arrangements for CI staffs and guests.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment (AC, photocopy machine, kitchen utensils)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in general management or administration or other related field
- Minimum of two years' working experience in similar position
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good team player with the ability of working under minimum supervision
- Able to operate MS Excel. Word, PowerPoint. Internet
- Able to communicate in both native language and English
