#INDIA SaveLIFE Foundation Vacancy: Associate Director– Training & On-ground Programs

SaveLIFE Foundation is one of India’s leading non-profit organizations that is working to improve road safety and emergency care through an innovative mix of on-ground and legal/policy interventions. The organization has been recently conferred the India NGO Award of the year 2014 for its high governance standards and innovative approach to social impact.

SLF currently seeks a full-time Associate Director – Training & On-ground programs to join its dynamic and passionate team of individuals. It expects a successful candidate for this role will fulfil three requirements:
  • Skills & Talent in conducting and managing all elements of training programs that has led to a measurable on-ground impact
  • Interest to play an instrumental role in shaping SLF’s training vertical on accident prevention and emergency care
  • Passion to bring social impact through this mission and invest at least 2 years to this role
The team at SaveLIFE Foundation is led by a celebrated social entrepreneur, Mr. Piyush Tewari, who is an Ashoka Fellow and Rolex Laureate and consists of a dynamic team of individuals from corporate to legal industry that are driven to ensure road safety is brought to fore in India.

ROLE:
  • End to End Management of Training/On-ground programs: Plan, coordinate and implement high quality training programs on Basic Emergency care and Accident Prevention & Anticipatory Driving for police first responders, high-risk driver groups and other target audiences across India;
  • Building a Training Team: Manage a team of trainers who can be engaged on full/part-time basis to conduct training programs and ensure least attrition rate of the team
  • Develop New Content & Processes: Drive development of new content, measurement and evaluation of training programs to ensure maximum impact;
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure sustainability of programs and manage relationships with clients, program stakeholders such as hospitals, police departments, companies on a regular basis;
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
  • Graduate degree in any field from a known institution.
  • Demonstrated excellent training and presentation skills in his current or previous work. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Prior experience in supervisory or leadership role is necessary.
  • Prior experience in non-profits is preferred.
  • Instructor certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) protocol or prior training experience in BLS is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communications (both written and oral) skills in Hindi is necessary. Excellent MS office skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
  • A firm commitment to the objectives of SaveLIFE Foundation.
Compensation: INR 6 - 8 Lakhs p.a. Additionally medical insurance and other benefits as per organization policy.

Location: New Delhi with travel across India
