Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) Vacancy: Energy Mitigation, Jakarta

In 2009 the Government of Indonesia (GoI) established a national trust fund mechanism called the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) to facilitate and coordinate financial support for climate change related activities. ICCTF is the first integrated financial mechanism for Indonesia’s national policies and programs on addressing climate change. Current ICCTF governance structure includes a Steering Committee, Technical Committee and Secretariat. ICCTF operates in three thematic windows: land based mitigation, energy, and resilience and adaptation.

ICCTF is currently looking for qualified national candidate to fill the position of:


SHORT TERM CONSULTANT ON ENERGY MITIGATION

The consultancy service is organized to achieved the following objective:
  1. Having learning from funded project for improvement in future and for communication purpose.
  2. Having several small scale innovative project proposals on mitigation from energy sector.
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized university in a relevant field on energy sector.
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience in policy analysis on energy sector, project preparation, review, assessment   and monitoring and evaluation, preferably within a not for profit organization.
  • Hands-on experience in working with national and international organizations, including with community organization, CSO and university.
  • Work experience with government and multilateral institution will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
