- IT Manager
- HR Manager
- Finance Manager
- Procurement Manager
- Grants Manager
- Office Manager
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in one of the fields listed above
- At least 5 years' experience in a management position on donor-funded programs
- Knowledge of DFAT, USAID, DFID or other donor administration, management and reporting procedures and systems is preferred
- Successful experience working with Government of Indonesia is preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing demands
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to deliver high quality technical assistance
- Fluency in written and oral Bahasa Indonesia and in English
