Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions which located in Jakarta:

Team Leader Digital Project  ( Code: TL Digital)

Major Roles:
This position is responsible Responsible to manage and implement the Project activities through planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring successful delivery of specific project goals, outcomes, and outputs in line with donor and Wahana Visi Indonesia’s policy and related standard.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 years working experience in Education Development Project as Coordinator 
  • Having Experience in Institutional Strenghtening
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Familiar with International Organization procedure 
  • Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 450.
Project Officer (Code: PO Digital)

Major Roles:
This position is Responsible to manage and implement the Project activities through planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring successful delivery of specific project goals, outcomes, and outputs in line with donor and Wahana Visi Indonesia’s standard.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Education or any other relevant field.
  • Min. 2 years experience  as officer in education project 
  • Sound experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
  • Familiar with IT with solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 450.
Finance and Admin Officer (Code : FAO Digital)

Major Roles:
This position is responsible for implementing and to help Team Leader to control Project financial process and ensure the alignment with relevant policies and standard.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field
  • 2 Years experience in finance or Accounting Field
  • Having Experience in International Donor Funded Project in Indonesia 
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, and Banking System skills.
