ROLE DESCRIPTION: The JUMP! Foundation is currently seeking a skilled and energetic candidate to fill the role of Partnership Manager for our JUMP! Global Leadership Centre in Australia. This individual will be an enthusiastic and goal-oriented manager who plans, coordinates, and delivers programs for students and educators. The Partnership Manager will work toward developing Global Citizenship Education by enhancing existing curriculum, delivering innovative programming, and providing Global Citizenship coaching, mentorship, and resources to students and educators in Australia. The Partnership Manager will manage and enhance relationships with JUMP! partners, manage programs, and ensure high quality program delivery. The Partnership Manager will effectively solve problems through individual initiative; accurately communicate with the JUMP! Foundation’s multi-cultural and international client base; and contribute to the total efforts of a small, dedicated team.
ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Partnership Manager will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Global Citizenship Program Development and Management
    • Manage the design and development of sequential Global Citizenship Programs at partner schools in Australia
    • Design, market, and manage Global Citizenship Education training programs for educators
    • Mange a Global Citizenship mentorship program for students and educators
    • Design and develop innovative educational programs reflecting community needs
  • Regional Partnership and Program Management
    • Create and cultivate relationships with students, educators, and parents within Australian partner schools
    • Manage budgeting and financial reporting for all programs within region
    • Manage relationships and expectations with JUMP! partners within region
    • Oversee the design, management, and facilitation of JUMP! programs within region
    • Ensure the quality of the program management process (needs assessment with partner, program design, program execution, post-program monitoring and evaluation)
    • Lead and manage a team of program facilitators in program execution
  • Regional and Organizational Strategy and Vision
    • Contribute to the long-term vision and strategic plan of JUMP! Australia
    • Support overall management and development of the JUMP! Foundation
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALITIES:
  • 3+ years management experience in education
  • Background in experiential education
  • Passion for working with youth and educators
  • Experience in curriculum design and development
  • Experience designing and developing Global Citizenship Education programs
  • Experience designing, developing, and facilitating education and training programs for youth and educators
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Experience in partnership development and management
  • Background in experiential education, program design, and facilitating off-campus programs
  • Experience in budget management
  • Self-starter who welcomes personal and professional development
  • Passion and flexibility for travel and cross cultural engagements
  • Attention to detail, task-oriented, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA) certification or higher
REPORTS TO: International Program Director
COMPENSATION: Salary & Compensation will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience
