Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist 

• Position open to Indonesian Nationals
• Long-term, full-time, adviser position in Indonesia

We are currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to support multiple activities across our transport advisory and road sector programs in Indonesia. Working closely with an International M&E Adviser, you will have primary responsibility for the implementation of comprehensive and effective M&E frameworks across program components and activities. You will provide leadership on data collection requirements, output tracking metrics, preparation of small evaluation plans for key evaluation deliverables, and provide capacity development for AECOM project teams with regards to M&E approaches and methodologies.

To be considered for this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, including experience in the development and implementation of M&E frameworks and knowledge of current M&E best practices. You will also have experience in defining, measuring and monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance of consultant contracts with proven experience for M&E in transport-related programs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with diverse teams preferably on donor-funded Programs.
