Accompaniment Officer (Jakarta)
Caritas Australia is
seeking a committed and dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of Partnership
Accompaniment Officer. The Partnership
Accompaniment Officer is responsible for managing the day to day implementation
of Caritas Australia’s Indonesia program in-country. He/she works in close
collaboration with the Project Coordinator, Indonesia (based in Sydney) to
strengthen Caritas Australia’s program quality, effectiveness and learning in
Indonesia in line with the Agency’s Strategic Directions 2013-2018 and Integral
Human Development Framework.
This position will support
program management of both community development and emergency response
activities undertaken by Caritas Australia’s partner organisations in
Indonesia. The Partnership Accompaniment Officer supervises one direct report.
The position will be
based within Caritas Indonesia KARINA KWI offices in Matraman Jakarta.
IRD12,500,000 base
salary per month plus 13th month allowance plus employer
contribution to social security and insurance. The employee will be responsible
to arrange his/her own social security and insurance plans, and make applicable
payments.
