Red Nose strives to be the pioneering force behind creative education rehabilitation. Yayasan Hidung Merah currently works with 300 children offering more than 75 hours of education and arts classes each week.

Position Available: Administrative Assistant (South Jakarta)
Contract Date: 2 years contract with possibility of extension

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration/Accounting/Secretary
  • Preferable of one year experience for Bachelor Degree (S1) or 3 years of experience for Associate Degree (D3)
  • Good spoken and written English Skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS word, excel and power point) and email
  • Organize and understand bookkeeping, cash flow, scheduling and filling system
  • Ability to type at least 50-WPM
  • Good communication skills
  • Have SIM C and willing to drive motorbike for admin propos
Job Description
Administrative Assistant will work to assist Office Manager (OM) and to support a department and/or Leadership team. Duties include clerical, administration, documentation, filling, cash flow report and bookkeeping, and day to day work.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Create ad modify documents using Ms Office
  • Filling book keeping report
  • Filling cash flow and petty cash report
  • Manage meeting schedule and update office schedule
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic fling system
  • Sign for and distribute received package
  • Research, price and purchase office furniture and supplies
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff include : insurance record, annual leave staff record, MOU , vendor records, schedule and datas
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Assist Leadership team on administration
  • Collect and maintain petty cash/cash flow inventory
  • Report cash flow/petty cash, bookkeeping and other projects to OM
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
  • Collect, maintain and filling bookkeeping
  • Other duties as assigned
