We
are now hiring for the position of CRM, Systems and Reporting Manager
based in our Hong Kong or Taiwan office. She/he will be responsible for
managing our CRM database system in Hong Kong and Taiwan which is based
on Salesforce technology, along with a locally sourced CRM system in
South Korea. Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential as
Salesforce training can be provided.

Scope of this role with Greenpeace:
The CRM, Systems & Reporting Manager will be responsible for the
overall management of Greenpeace East Asia’s Fundraising CRM databases
and systems projects, with particular responsibility for the management
of all data (financial and non-financial supporters) to support the
Fundraising and Engagement activity in East Asia.
Data and systems play a key role in supporting the recruitment and
retention of donors, supporters and volunteers. The role will be
responsible for optimizing the use of data and reporting tools,
identifying and fulfilling related training needs for database staff and
analyzing outcomes to inform ongoing developments in the Fundraising
Department.
Ideal candidates will use creative thinking and analytical savvy to work
together with our staff, agency teams and partners to interpret
findings and build solutions.
