Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position that will be based in Jakarta:

Project Manager

This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of PHINLA Project in Indonesia. PHINLA is a global program implemented in Philippines, Indonesia, and Srilanka which aims to develop livelihood for poverty affected population through a multi-sectoral established and monitored waste management system.

Qulifications:

  • Preferaby bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field.
  • Complete Project Management for Non Goverment Organization course
  • Min. 5 years’ experience as Project Manager
  • Strong conceptual understanding in basic Desain Monitoring Evaluation functions
  • Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 500

Advocacy Coordinator

This position is responsible for the advocacy activities of the project on “Global Program to Develop Livelihood for Poverty Affected Population through a Multi-Sectoral Established and Monitored Waste Management System” a grant funded by BMZ through The Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development.  The advocacy coordinator will be responsible in leading the advocacy activities to influence the government and partners’ priorities in waste management, improve policy/ regulations on waste management, including collecting evidence to inform the improved policy/ regulations/ system.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably bachelor degree majoring social development, environment or any other relevant field.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience as Project Coordinator, experience in community development program (esp waste management) and monitoring and evaluation is an advantage.
  • A working knowledge on the operations of materials recovery facility, Solid Waste Management, livelihoods.
  • Strong conceptual understanding in basic design, monitoring and evaluation
  • Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 500.

Accountant Grant

Provide overall financial management of projects funded by BMZ Germany through World Vision Germany from start-up to close-out.  She/he must be able to lead and conduct the process of daily transactional. Provide periodic financial analysis and input to the program implementation and able to design and deliver grant financial reports in accordance to Grant specific guideline

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management with at least 4 year experiences in humanitarian aid in-country or international position with certification in Public Accountant, Financial Analyst or Chartered Accountant.
  • At least 5 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works; international experience is a plus, and have experience maintain GRANT projects.
  • WV’s Core Capability Framework : achieving quality results and service, practicing accountability and integrity, understanding humanitarian industry, etc.
