The chosen applicant will be responsible to implement a two-year-long comprehensive, innovative and multi-pronged public education and outreach campaign, primarily in regional languages, in the Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region). The campaign will demystify the issue of air pollution and cut through social and economic divisions to offer a clear and compelling explanation of the challenges, as well as solutions, available to the average citizen to protect their own health and that of their families while contributing to the greater good. The applicant should be well aware of the science behind air quality and the need to present it to the public in lay terms. The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of outreach programs. The program coordinator along with other team members for the program will be responsible for all relevant aspects related to successful implementation and documentation of the program.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of 2-3 Years; Experience of Working on Awareness & Outreach Campaign.
- Ideally experience of working on Air Pollution.
- Good understanding of Air Pollution, The Problems, and Possible Solutions.
- Good public speaking skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience of spending time on-ground for outreach activities.
- Good understanding of Social Media and Communications.
Innovative, Creative and able to work on tight deadlines.
