We are looking for a consultant to provide conduct employment audit to support Oxfam Country Management Team having evidence-based recommendation for well-informed decision making processes on employment in the organisation
Recommendation on how Oxfam in Indonesia could comply with local labour law while considering our limitations as a non-profit organisation Recommendation on the new Collective Labourt Agreement
Immediately for two months from starting to final report.
