ENVISION (Enabling Civil Society for Inclusive Village Economic Development) is a project that focus on BumDes development and advocacy with CVA methodology. Area intervention in 3 districts of East Nusa Tenggara Timur Province including East Sumba and Timor Tengah Selatan and Kupang Districts and will be working with Yayasan Alfa Omega (YAO).  ENVISION project supported by European Union (EU).

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position that will be based in  East Nusa Tenggara:

Project Manager

This position is responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination and management of ENVISION Project in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).  This will include leading role in coordination, monitoring progress against the objectives, preparing reporting, ensuring effective learning and documentation of outcomes.


  1. Ensure that the implementation of all planned activities take place in a timely way and according to the action plan
  2. Lead the revision of plans and budgets in response to monitoring, reflection and learning with the community and the program team
  3. Manage and report on the budget according to accountability standards of the national office and donor guidelines, while ensuring the highest levels of financial stewardship and integrity
  4. Develop robust networks and excellent relationships with Government (including Diknas, Kesra, Nakertrans, Bappeda), related Commissions at DPRD (if relevance), heads of international and local NGOs, and UN institutions, religious institution, communities and children to contribute to and influence priorities and plans related to the well-being of children; and to secure necessary technical, human and finance resources


  1. Preferably bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field
  2. Complete Project Management for NGO course
  3. Min. 5 years’ experience as Project Manager
  4. Strong conceptual understanding in basic DME functions
  5. Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 500

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the project monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning plan that contributes to the achievement of project goals. The MEAL coordinator will also ensure all monitoring and evaluation are in alignment with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies (e.g. ministry policies, DME management policy, etc.) and standards (e.g. LEAP standard guidelines, financial, etc).


  1. Promote community level monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) with CDC/ FP support, and integrate these into project designs and annual plans.
  2. Develop and test contextually appropriate models to MEAL documenting and disseminating lessons learned including community based RC monitoring model
  3. Provide technical advice for Project Manager in collaboration with CDC in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting processes
  4. Coordinate processes for program evaluation and baseline


  1. Bachelor degree majoring social development, statistics or any other relevant field
  2. Min. 2 years’ experiencein monitoring, evaluation and learning work, experience in conducting survey, analyze and survey report is an advantage
  3. Proven track record in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing
  4. Good English skill with min.TOEFL score 450

Community Development Coordinator

The purpose of the CDC position is to ensure the development of local partners and strengthening of community-led initiatives to improve the well-being of children and their families. They are also responsible to ensure the quality of ministry in their project area by managing and coordinating field facilitators or by developing and strengthening cooperation and capacity of partners (churches, partner agencies, government, etc.).


  1. Provide technical support for Project Manager in collaboration with project coordinators and sponsorship coordinator in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting processes relevant to assigned areas
  2. Raise awareness and facilitate critical analysis of community issues and opportunities
  3. Support community partners to define monitoring process and indicators for mutual learning and accountability with WV in project implementation and capacity building
  4. Build close and constructive relationships and actively learn within partner communities in order to understand their realities and facilitate development processes effectively


  1. Preferably bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field
  2. Min. 2 years’ experience as Project Coordinator, experience in community development program is an advantage
  3. Strong conceptual understanding in basic design, monitoring and evaluation
  4. Good English skill with min. TOEFL score 450
