Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is a Christian humanitarian social organization that works to bring a sustainable change to the welfare of children, families, and communities living in poverty. WVI dedicated itself to cooperate with the most vulnerable communities regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, and gender.

More than 20 years, Wahana Visi Indonesia has been implementing community development programs focusing on children. WVI has emphasized long-termed development programs by using an approach of sustainable area program or Area Program for 10-15 years through the operational offices in WVI’s assisted area.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position that will be based in Greater Jakarta: National Resource Development Director

Major Roles:

To lead the WV Indonesia’s successful local funding acquisition and management, so that they participate in the national poverty alleviation program and contribute their resources to realize our vision of every child’s life in all its fullness.


  • Preferably a master’s degree in economics, marketing, communication, social science, engineering, public administration, or other relevant majors.
  • At least having 3 (three) years of professional experience in a leadership position, involved in Resource Development & External Engagement Strategy or in implementing processes & exposure to Corporate Communication.
  • Have a track record of successes in marketing, networking, partnering, and donor relations.
