Yayasan Rumah Energi (YRE) was established on 19 November 2012 within the framework of the Indonesia Domestic Biogas Programme (IDBP/BIRU), a program lead by HIVOS.  The establishment of YRE is part of program strategy to enhance ownership of local actors of biogas program.    YRE as an implementing partner of BIRU and trusted partner of EBTKE, is aim to lead the biogas sector in Indonesia and will playing significant role in promoting energy security with gender equality and women empowerment fully integrated. 
IDBP or BIRU Programme until end of December 2015 has produce 16,000 bio digesters in 9 province in Indonesia.

For this project, Yayasan Rumah Energi is looking for a dynamic Indonesians national to fill the following positions:

Database Finance Assistant  (based in Jakarta)

Role and Responsibilities 
  • The Database  Assistant is responsible for supporting the Database and Partnership Officer to input and running the database, including: collect, organize and file all incoming data reports, including pre-con forms, household agreements, completion reports, quality control reports, GPS coordinate date and any other data which is entered in the biogas MIS 
  • Support the Database and Partnership Officer to track all documents which are missing, verify the quality and completeness of the reports before entering the data
  • Assist the Database and Partnership Officer to enter all data in the biogas MIS as required in cooperation with the Database Officer 
  • Support the Database and Partnership Officer to prepare monthly reports on the last working day of the month or fist day of the following month 
  • Support the Database and Partnership Officer to  maintain and update CPO contact lists (CPOs, masons, supervisors), training information (participants, gender-specific, number and kind of training sessions) and other relevant biogas data 
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum D-3
  • Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in similar industry
  • Minimum 1 years experience in similar position/responsibility
  • Fair proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MSExcel and database system.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Prior experience with general office administration tasks
