Deputy Team Leaders, JobStart Philippines Program

The JobStart Philippines (JSP) Program aims to assist out-of-school youth find employment. Funded by the Government of Canada and administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the program is a partnership between the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) and the Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) of selected Local Government Units (LGU).

Scope Global has been engaged by the ADB to support implementation of the JobStart program, and is currently seeking applications for the following positions:

• Deputy Team Leader – based in the regional program office, Visayas
• Deputy Team Leader – based in the regional program office, Mindanao

Applicants must demonstrate experience in leading and managing teams as well as excellent project management skills and ability to oversee program mobilisation and roll out. Experience in public employment and or skills development programs is an advantage.
