Alliance for Financial Inclusion Job Vacancy: IT Administrator - Malaysian

The IT Administrator will report to the F&A Manager and will be responsible lead for administrating AFI’s network, servers, backup system and security system. The incumbent will be assisting other employees in the identification and solution of technical hardware and software problems, and managing the day-to-day technical needs of the website/ Online Policy Portal.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Strong communication skills
  • A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows ,MS Exchange and MS Office 365 Business.
  • Responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
  • Administers and maintain a windows-based server network.
  • IT documentations.
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot and install network server issues and software.
  • Meet and coordinate with manager & vendor (Hardware & software) to ensure smooth operation performance and to discuss system requirement, specification and timelines.
  • Support, maintain and administer programs and services to manage and secure workstation, including antivirus, dialer software, CRM and system management.
Qualifications:
  • Min Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least 4 or 5 years working experience in the IT related job.
  • Strong knowledge on Windows Server / Active Directory / NAS / Digium SwitchVox / Cisco Network Switch
  • Knowledge support in MS office 365 Business , email system and SharePoint.
  • Good working knowledge in firewall, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, Ruckus System, FTP and DHCP.
  • Ability to perform hands – on installing and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software with knowledge of notebook / workstation.
  • Good communication skills and able to describe proper solution to users.
