Our focus is on programming effort on health, education, child protection and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position which located in National Office Bintaro:

Organization Competency Development Coordinator (Code: OCD)

Major Roles:
The purpose of this position is to institutionalize competency development program with all business process and resources required, include seeking for alternative funding resources for WV Indonesia capacity building need to strengthen the quality of our program delivery

  • Preferably bachelor' degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or relevant subject.  Certification in training need analysis is an advantage.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in Human Resources Development especially in competency or capacity building area in NGO context.
  • Excellent analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge in CBHRM and project management skill.
  • Having writing proposal skill is an advantage
