Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 1 Preparing Administration related to personnel Indicators for success: Accurate and timely review of the agreement related to personnel, Accurate and timely renewal of agreement related to personnel, Accurate and timely amendment of agreement related to personnel,Accurate OIC Letter, Pro-active in collecting new employee's document, Accurate monitoring administration related to HR Consultant

Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 3 Maintain HR Database indicators for success Regularly updating monthly employee list and circulate it to CMT, Regularly administering HRIS including updating and monitoring data base ,Regularly updating OIC list

Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 4 Assist to Grant Management Indicators for success Regularly monitoring the contractual status of all staff and ensure that the employee contracts information is updated and accurate.Timely remind the collection of annual appraisal

Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 5  Updating organization's policy Indicators for success Accurate review of organization's policy based on updates

Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 6  Salary and employee benefits administration Indicators for successTo manage payroll for Plan Indonesia staff, To manage salary notice if needed, To administer BPJS and health insurance, To manage termination payment, To work in a close relationship with Finance Department in preparing, calculating, reporting tax for all staff to Directorate General of Taxes

Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 7  Human Resource Monitoring  Indicators for success To monitor number of HR-1, HR-3, HR-4, and employee contract status To monitor PU/FAU/CO compliance with established personnel administration practicesTo monitor HR budget realization (salary and benefits)

Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in Psychology,  economy or Social Science
Training, Skill and Knowledge Computer, Written communication, Managerial, Interpersonal relation, Accounting Accuracy in figures, Filing, Fluent in Indonesian and English (oral and written) Knowledge: Accounting Principles, Indonesian tax and labor laws
Range salary : IDR 5 891 0000 - 8 400 000
