Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution that represents the Government of Indonesia to implement a five-year (2013-2018) Millennium Challenge Corporation's Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the United States to Indonesia to date.

MCA-Indonesia has three projects under Compact Program: Green Prosperity, Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting and Procurement Modernization. Our projects are designed, managed and implemented by Indonesians, for the Indonesian people. Our most important development work happens where it should be: the districts and the villages.

The Project Administrative Officer provides broad range of program administration services, including contract management, to the Community-based Health & Nutrition Project (CHNP), MCA-Indonesia. This position will directly report to Operations Manager of CHNP and will liaise with the National Secretary Team (NST) and Operations Unit of MCA-Indonesia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in procurement and contract management services, including,
    • Liaise with Procurement Unit and Procurement Agent (PA) in the procurement process.
    • Provide support to the development of annual and quarter CHNP Procurement Plan.
    • Provide support to the CHNP Team in the monitoring and management of consultant/supplier performance.
    • Ensure consultant reports are submitted timely and in accordance to the regulation, report any concerns to the CHNP Team.
  • Support and monitor travel arrangement and travel plan; organize events (meeting, workshop, training)
  • Provide proactive administrative support such as doing correspondence (including translation), taking and writing up minutes of the Division’s meetings, preparing presentation materials and other written and illustrative materials as required.
