Request for Applications from local organizations to conduct post mass drug administration (MDA) coverage survey
RTI International has been awarded the ENVISION project, a Cooperative Agreement funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), designed to provide assistance to national neglected tropical disease (NTD) control programs for the integration and scale-up of mass drug administration (MDA) selected NTDs. In Indonesia this includes assisting the Ministry of Health to implement annual MDA for LF in over 150 endemic districts across the country annually in October. RTI is seeking a qualified organization that will responsible for conducting a post-MDA coverage survey for lymphatic filariasis in six (6) districts (located in three provinces), i.e. Aceh Barat, Aceh Utara, Bireuen, Musi Rawas, Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), and Serdang Bedagai.
RTI is seeking applications from organizations interested in providing these services. The period of performance for this grant is estimated to be 1 November 2017 to 31 March 2018. Detail Statement of Work (SOW) can be obtained by sending an email to lbarliantari@rti.org - and write “RFA for 2017 MDA Coverage Survey” in the email subject. Deadline for any questions related to this particular RFA is by August 31st, 2017.
Closing date for proposal submission is by September 8th, 2017 at 5 pm.
