Plan International Indonesia is presently implementing its Country Strategy 4 (CS 4) covering fiscal year 2017 to 2022, where the country objective has been defined as “to identify and facilitate the removal of obstacles that prevent children from enjoying their rights and participating fully in Indonesian society”. This goal will be achieved by providing technical support and implementing quality programs and projects through partnership. An effective and efficient communications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the outcomes of these projects to influence different actors, specially state authorities and to position Plan’s profile within and outside at different levels – starting from community, sub district,district to national, regional and international levels.

LEAD Program MER Coordinator
LEAD program in CS 4 is focusing on girls’ leadership for development and resilient communities. The objective of the programme is to support children and youth, especially girls and young women, to meaningfully engage in activities to achieve the SDGs, focusing particularly on gender equality, girls’ rights, climate change adaptation and disaster risk management (DRM). The LEAD program is already it’s on Project with various targets, The very vigorous ambition of the program need to be supported by a very strong M&E system. In view of the above, the M&E program coordinator will be responsible to organise the program monitoring and evaluation functions at program and project level under the leadership of program manager and technical supervision of MER & KM Manager.
Key Result Area (KRA) 1: Responsible to develop and maintain operational program MER Framework, Indicator Tracking Table and annual plan - Based the Program DIP, she/he is responsible to conduct a workshop to develop operational project MER Framework, ITT and annual plan and regular meetings to maintain and improve the framework, ITT and annual plan.Based on the MER framework, she/he is responsible to put in place a system to maintain the Program ITTBased on the Program DIP and MER annual plan, she/he is responsible to develop and maintain the Program MER calendarShe/he is responsible in the selection of Program MER partners and/or consultants. She/he is responsible to oversee partners and/or consultants in providing services in program evaluations and research, including reviewing research planning, tools, data collection process, data analysis  Collect, analyze and maintain project LEAD into proper documentations.
Key Result Area (KRA) 2: Responsible or support the project team to develop and maintain operational projects MER Framework, Indicator Tracking Table and annual plan. Based the Project DIP, she/he is responsible to support the project team to conduct workshops to develop operational project MER Framework, ITT and annual plan and regular meetings to maintain and improve the framework, ITT and annual plan.  Based on the project MER framework, she/he is responsible to support the project team to put in place a system to maintain the project ITT. Based on the project DIP and MER annual plan, she/he is responsible to support the project team to develop and maintain the project MER calendarShe/he is responsible to support the project team in the selection of project MER partners and/or consultants She/he is responsible to support the project team to oversee partners and/or consultants in providing services in program evaluations and research, including reviewing research planning, tools, data collection process, data analysisShe/he is responsible to support the project team to conduct internal evaluation/research . She/he is responsible to support the project team to coach projects’ partner in data management and maintaining project ITT, including assist the project to develop monitoring tools Provide any necessary capacity building to project staff and partner staff in related to the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation toolsEnsure
Key Result Area (KRA) 3: Responsible to produce good quality of LEAD program monthly, quarterly and annual reports and support the project team in producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Generate LEAD program report at monthly, quarterly and yearly based. Support the projects to produce project report at monthly, quarterly and yearly based.Produce other data analysis reports for various needs, such us report for governmentMake the LEAD program and project dashboard easily monitored.
Requirements:
University Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics or other related field. At least 3 (three) years in project monitoring and evaluation Experience in writing reports and publications. Experience preferably  in the issues in the DRM, child and youth  program. Experience in providing training and capacity building in MER Fluent in written and spoken EnglishExcellent facilitation, oral and written communications skills.Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
