WWF Indonesia Job Vacancy: Market Transformation Strategic Leader, Jakarta

WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of Market Transformation Strategic Leader.

This position will be based in Jakarta and report to Policy, Sustainability and Transformation Director. The job holder will be responsible to contribute and take a lead the activities for related Palm Oil commodities, Sustainable Finance and related intervention to major retailers and consumers abroad and domestic. (e.g. Palm oil policy, finance) and related intervention, and advocacy with other stakeholders based on value chains through influencing of mindset, policies and management practices to be more sustainable/responsible.

Requirements for This Position are:

  • At least Master Degree (S2) or above or has experience on related working in palm oil/finance policy issues, RSPO implementation issues, deforestation advocate issues and RSPO certification issues for 10 years.
  • At  least  10+  years  having  work  experience  in Palm Oil or Finance issue (Palm oil policy issues, forest deforestation issues, finance issues, retailers engagement initiative and other implementation of BMP in palm oil/finance/retail sector);  has  a good understanding of forests certification and chain of custody scheme; has a good experience working with NGOs, donors and with goverment regarding advocate forest policy. Preferably working as manager level or project leaders
