KIAT Project Job Vacancy: Workshop Facilitators - GESI CSE, Jakarta - Indonesian

The role
Join Australia Indonesia Infrastructure Partnership (Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur - KIAT) in Jakarta to play an integral role in to meet the overall objectives of the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Civil Service Engagement (GESI CSE) unit and KIAT facility. The role will be as workshop facilitators at a number of workshops and working group meetings over the next 24 months.

This role also involves:
  • Act as a facilitator in workshops and working group meetings (half day to several day duration) to facilitate discussion and conclusions based on the TOR for each event..
  • Prepare relevant materials and discussion points in advance of each activity as per the TOR for each event.
  • Ensure that all participants are able to actively participate in the workshop/working group through effective group management including an awareness of the communication needs of people with disabilities.
  • Ensure that each workshop/working group meeting concludes with a set of key conclusions and recommendations and identified future actions.
  • Provide a debrief for the GESI and CSE team at the conclusion of each event

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive Workshop Facilitators – GESI CSE with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian is required, and English language ability is preferred.
  • Ability to manage groups of people including representatives of CSOs, GoI and other stakeholders including international staff in dynamic ways
  • Experiences in facilitating multi-stakeholder forums
  • Having facilitation skills and technique to make dynamic discussion and to achieve the activity purpose
  • Knowledge of gender equality, social inclusion, disability and child protection
  • Knowledge of infrastructure sector is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds including people with disabilities.
