Reporting to the Private
Sector TB Advisor, the TB Technical/Gender Officer will be responsible for
providing technical support in designing and implementing TB Private Sector
activities and serve as a content matter resource on TB care and control. S/he
provides evidence-based technical advice based on proven methods and strategies,
current practice and established operational and research standards. S/he stays
updated on the latest development in TB care and control research and practices
and will serve in a coordinating role with the National TB Program, Ministry of
Health, NGOs civil societies and other partners.
The position shall
be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and for a period of up to 5 years.

Position Title: M&E Officer
Position Description:
Reporting to the MERLC Advisor, the M&E
Officer will serve as a technical resource for the USAID TB Private Sector
Activity. The Officer will provide technical assistance to Activity M&E,
research, learning and communication activities, including the development and
dissemination of tools, materials, reports, papers, and intervention-linked
research. The Officer will support the design and establishment of an M&E
system, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on key output,
outcome and impact indicators for the Activity, and work closely with the
technical team to ensure compatibility and coordination within the existing
M&E framework, and consistency with national and donor requirements. The Officer
will support data analysis and production of data use products and mechanisms
to promote evidence-based programming, and timely feedback in relation to
targets or identification and resolution of gaps.. S/he will provide guidance on
appropriate information systems for quality assurance, as well as best
practices documentation and reporting.
