IPPF is seeking a dynamic International Conference on Population and
Development (ICPD) Project Coordinator for the East & South East
Asia and Oceania Regional Office in Kuala Lumpur. The role of the ICPD
Project Coordinator would be to coordinate regional and national level
Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to guide civil society engagement and
accelerating progress on the “International Conference on Population
and Development Programme of Action” project.

Essential Selection Criteria:
- Degree of equivalent standard of education in Communication, International Relations and other social sciences
- Experience in advocacy work in international development, including experience of working with UN processes
- Track record of developing advocacy campaigns which yield results in the regional or international development arena
- Knowledge of UN structures and processes
- Proven track record in managing projects and budgets, and in producing project reports to funder
- Proven track record in working with diverse stakeholder groups and inspiring them to coordinate around a shared goal
- Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and rights desirable
