WWF Indonesia Vacancy: Finance and Administration Officer based in JAMBI

WWF-ID will start new challenging project named RIMBA, and currently seeking for the best candidate to fill the position of: RIMBA – Finance and Administration Officer based in Jambi (Central Sumatera) and report directly to Operational Coordinator.

This position will be based in Jambi and report to RIMBA Operation Coordinator. The job holder will be responsible to control the use of funds as well as to ensure the availability of funds for the project so that it can ensure the balance of funds, especially for components of such project implementation, operation, logistic, and staff cost; to efficiently and effectively manage the funds and administration in line of Donor’s policy, administrative policy, and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (IFAS or PSAK) in order to achieve excellent financial performance that in line with the plan and strategy of the project as well as the audit standards for both internal and external.

Requirements for This Position are:
  • S1 (Bachelor Degree) in Finance, Accounting, Economic and Administration or equivalent
 
  • At least 3-5 years working in finance and administration
Technical Competency:
Ability to operate computer (word, excel) – Knowledge in finance and accountancy – Understanding administration for specific project – Understanding office administration/operational – Good communication skill – Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.
