Save
the Children is an international NGO and the world’s top independent
charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for
children’s rights, saving their lives and providing
hope for brighter futures worldwide. Save the Children’s programs in
Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We currently
work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately 300 local
professionals, and programming in Child Protection,
Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and
Humanitarian Response.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Save
the Children in Indonesia has made significant progress on Education
program at the national level and in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province
for improving access to quality education.
Currently, in NTT Province, Save the Children is working in 4
districts: Sumba Barat, Kupang, Belu and Malaka district. We work
closely with local government, community and other stakeholders to
improve access to quality education for children in Early Childhood
Care and Development (ECCD) centers and Primary Schools.
While
In Sumba, Save the Children is implementing a comprehensive long term
education program over the next 10 years. This project funded by an
individual sponsorship program. Finance
and Admin Assistant will provide support to the Finance Officer
related to financial,
administration management
such as daily
process of transaction, as well as to ensure appropriate, accurate and
timely recording of transactions and implementation systematic
filing and retrieval system of documentsto ensure Sumba based project run smoothly and meet project goals.
