The ENVISION Project – a USAID-funded project managed by RTI
International focusing on eliminating
selected Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in collaboration with the Ministry
of Health - is seeking highly qualified Indonesian candidates for the position of:
Finance Officer
to be responsible for the management and
administration of all project finances and ensuring full compliance with RTI
financial policies and procedures. This includes financial accounting,
preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow,
ensuring timely payments, assisting with project budget preparations, and
providing financial support to partner NGOs.
Qualifications: Master degree in relevant field with 1 year of experience
or Bachelor degree with 3 years working experience in project finance and
administration. Proven experience in working collaboratively with Indonesian
government units at all levels as well as local NGOs is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate an
ability to successfully work within a team, have exceptional organizational
skills and the ability to handle multiple, high pressure activities. The
candidate must also be fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills,
cultural awareness and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals
from diverse professional and social backgrounds with a service oriented
attitude. Domestic travel may be required occasionally.
