What we are looking for
We are looking for a casual worker who can support in scanning and uploading the scanned data on specified drive as per the guidance to be provided by the archiving leads in country office. The job holder will be responsible to ensure the completeness and good quality of scanned documents and proper filing of the hard documents back into the folders along with proper labels on the folders both in hard and soft forms.

Responsibility
  • To scan the documents in good quality
  • Create folders of scanned data on box drive as per guidance from archiving lead.
  • Filing the hard copies of data back to the folders after scanning.
  • Ensure complete data scanning without missing any small documents and details.
  • Label the hard folders as per guidance provided by the archiving lead.
  • Proper Packing of the boxes with complete files for long term storage.
  • Preparing a track/listing of the documents retrieved from the old folders and reporting on it in written form on weekly basis.
  • Any other support required related to data archiving responsibilities.
